I am a Senior BACP Accredited Counsellor, who has trained to Masters degree level in face to face counselling and Diploma level in Online Counselling. I am also a qualified supervisor and online supervisor. I have worked in the Counselling and training profession since 1994. This has included positions within Voluntary and Charitable organisations, Education (Schools, FE colleges and University establishments in Leicester and Nottingham. East Midlands), Local Government, and the public sector, and Employee Assistance programmes. I have worked in private practice as a counsellor and counselling supervisor in leicester since 1996.
My training, assessment and verification experience extends over the last 20 years. I am an executive member of ACTO The Association for Counselling and Therapy Online.

I have written numerous articles based upon my experiences of piloting an online counselling service in a University setting and within private practice. These are available from the AUCC division of the BACP

I have also written a Trainee and Practitoner Guide for Online counselling skills with Sage publications which was published in 2008.
